How was failure defined for you?

Have you considered exploring how God treats failure?

In cases like Moses and Saul, the consequences of an overt act of their will were harsh. It cost one his entry into the Promised Land and the other his dynasty.

But Peter failed his first attempt to walk on water and the cost was negligible.

Our growing and learning process has huge potential for building spiritual authority. Often times in the midst of failure, say of a divorce or a 30 year battle with suicide, we make a lot of smaller right decisions that matter to God and can be leveraged into authority for the future.

It might be time to redefine failure.
